Seek out Archmage Celindra (portal trainer) located by the Violet Gate, across the entrance to Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. Once you have received the quest, you must press the blue crystal hanging in the air behind Celindra, it will take you to the Violet Stand, here you need to press another blue crystal also hanging in the air (pic further down page), to return to Dalaran. When you are back in Dalaran return to Archmage Celindra.
